OC Tanner, an HR consulting company, developed seven gamified modules that springboard off the company’s proven HR concepts and the book Great Work: How to Make a Difference People Love, by EVP David Sturt. To set itself apart, the company focused on action-based, engaging, real-world application that would help learners produce innovative work and make a lasting impression on them. The objectives of the course focus on expanding the influence of a job, going beyond what’s expected, and creating improvements that benefit others. OC Tanner earned a Gold Award for Best Advance in Custom Content in the 2017 Brandon Hall Group HCM Excellence Awards.
