Tasked with updating its existing Customer Training Platform, Onshape needed to find a solution that would allow the company to scale its online education program to meet the demands from customers in 170 different countries. With the help of Thought Industries, the Onshape team created a Learning Center that uses self-paced, blended-learning pathways to significantly improve its customer onboarding capabilities — literally from dozens of users to thousands. Onshape and Thought Industries earned a Bronze Award for Best Customer Training Program in the 2019 Brandon Hall Group HCM Excellence Awards.
