Orelikon, a global technology company, made it a priority to change its English-language program to make it more engaging for employees, especially those who work on projects with teams in other countries. The company partnered with GlobalEnglish to develop the blended learning program that offers eLearning with practice activities and a human touch. Online advisors provide personal support and feedback on the curriculum’s 11 levels. Average time on site per user skyrocketed from 2.82 hours to more than 27 hours. Orelikon earned a Silver Award for Best Advance in Creating a Learning Strategy in the 2017 Brandon Hall Group HCM Excellence Awards.
