Pandora Customizes LMS To Support Rapid Growth

After a major restructuring in 2016, Pandora needed a central learning and development hub for internal users and external franchisees. Pandora’s Global L&D team partnered with CrossKnowledge to customize an intuitive LMS with the flexibility to be localized across 8,100 points of sale and 23 languages. The LMS had to convey the Pandora brand throughout the learners journey, especially for franchisees, and provide the exact training modules needed by each learner because there are variations in the products Pandora sells in different markets. Pandora earned a Bronze Award for Best Advance in Learning Technology Implementation in the 2017 Brandon Hall Group HCM Excellence Awards.
