AIA Group’s Investment Function (Investments), its Leadership Centre (ALC) and the IMD business school together developed and delivered a series of four workshops over 18 months to “future-proof” Investments. The function needed to ensure its ability to continuously adapt to both a dynamic investment market and rapidly changing business conditions; to keep pace with growth in the underlying insurance business and new regulations; and to develop new skills and capabilities. AIA and IMD Business School earned a Gold Award for Best Learning Program Supporting a Change Transformation Business Strategy in the 2019 Brandon Hall Group HCM Excellence Awards.
