Paysafe Accelerates High Potential Development through Front Runner Program (2018 Case Study)

Paysafe is accelerating the development of high potential employees through a global leadership program called Front Runner. The program is a nine to 12-months-long development journey for individual contributors with high leadership potential. The aim of the program is to increase promotability within the organization, increase retention of key employees and fuel the leadership pipeline. Paysafe won a Gold Award for High Potential Development in the 2018 Brandon Hall Group HCM Excellence Awards.
