Peab, a construction company in Sweden, worked jointly with Mindset to create a set of different leadership development programs directed at all levels of leadership within Peab to drive the desired change for increased financial stability while maintaining the entrepreneurial spirit. The leadership programs in Peab have taken leadership development out of the classroom and into the business environment. Through the programs, managers have taken on responsibility for developing their employees and to create a learning organization that creates a platform for continuous improvement. Peab won a Gold Award for Best Advance in Leadership Development in the 2018 Brandon Hall Group HCM Excellence Awards.
