Petrol Ofisi’s Young Talent Development Hub Strengthens Brand Perception (2022 Case Study)

Young Talent Development Hub is a 12-month program for fresh graduates and master students with no professional work experience and a high potential for the future Petrol Ofisi management team. The main purpose of the program is to enable the talents to understand the entire value chain of Petrol Ofisi, one of the largest companies in Turkey, and its sector, and to enable them to discover their talents through sub-programs such as professional mentoring and business simulation. The program has been designed in an end-to-end structured and measurable manner with the aim of preserving and enriching Petrol Ofisi’s culture with younger generations and strengthening the employer brand perception. This program also has the distinction of being Petrol Ofisi’s first structured young talent program. Petrol Ofisi and Talent Brand were honored with a Bronze Award for Best Recruitment Marketing and Employer Branding Program in the 2022 Brandon Hall Group HCM Excellence Awards.
