“The Power of Link United – Linkers Day @ Work” initiative was conceptualized and launched by Link’s Learning and Development Committee; a committee comprises of 100% of employees at manager-and-below level, empowered by management to promote and champion Link’s learning culture. The initiative served as an opportunity for various functions to develop and utilize an engaging and creative approach in demonstrating how the functions operate and contribute to Link’s growth.
