Presbyterian Medical Services’ Leadership development program for new and existing supervisors that work on-site and remotely. The program, built with the help of Absorb Software, supports onboarding new supervisors and upskilling and reskilling tenured supervisors, with the goals of improving retention of employees and increasing engagement throughout the organization. Presbyterian Medical Services and Absorb Software were honored with a Silver Award for Best Hybrid Learning Program in the 2022 Brandon Hall Group HCM Excellence Awards.
