Rentokil Creates Blended Learning Across 64 Countries, 31 Languages

Rentokil Initial, a multinational business services company, transformed learning by creating a new strategy around professional development across its three main business lines. Rentokil operates in 64 counties in a localized and decentralized manner and 90% of its employees are field-based and speak 31 languages. The project team needed to find a technology platform with the agility to handle such complexity. The team partnered with U+, which allows bite-sized content that can be repackaged for different groups and lets users upload content, including a tool that captures screenshots. The initiative earned Rentokil Initial a Gold Award for Best Advance in Learning Technology Implementation in the 2017 Brandon Hall Group HCM Excellence Awards.
