IBM Brazil partnered with GlobalEnglish to provide an English training solution. As the scorecard model was implemented, it evolved and brought new visibility to the English language training program. Key findings could be ranked into four categories: governance, effectiveness, KPI alignment and partnership-driven effort leading to remarkable results. IBM won a Silver Award for Best Advance in Creating a Learning Strategy in the 2018 Brandon Hall Group HCM Excellence Award.
