SilkRoad Strategic Onboarding offers automated workflows, configurable by department, state, region, country and language. It covers different types of workers, including seasonal and part-time. For example, strategic onboarding for a first-time manager includes mentoring, career mapping and connecting with other new managers. One client, a distributor of beverages and services, reports saving $168,000 by automating with SilkRoad. This innovation earned SilkRoad a Bronze Award for Best Advance in Onboarding Technology in the 2017 Brandon Hall Group Excellence in Technology Awards.
