Candidate experience is a big focus for the majority of organizations. According to Brandon Hall Group’s 2017 HCM Outlook Survey, 63% of organizations are paying moderate to heavy attention to candidate experience. And, a substantial part of candidate experience is how organizations communicate with their candidates.
However, there is evidence to indicate that organizations are struggling to effectively communicate with candidates. For instance, about a third from our 2017 Hiring Practices Internal Mobility Survey report that their greatest hiring challenge is to manage and maintain candidate relationships from recruitment through to hire.
