SureWerx is using Vivo Team’s proprietary Vital Statistics Report (VSR ) to measure the ROI both in dollars and in behaviorally based performance improvements. These analytics allowed SureWerx to identify what is going on with lagging leaders/teams in the minus range and do some interventions. SureWerx and Vivo Team earned a Gold Award for Best Advance in Measuring the Impact of Leadership Development in the 2019 Brandon Hall Group HCM Excellence Awards.
