System Simulations Helps Nissan Quickly Assess Candidate’s Technical Knowledge (2022 Case Study)
Nissan needed a way to help quickly evaluate the existing knowledge of people interviewing in-person for the highly technical Nissan Service Technician job position. A new Nissan Technical Knowledge Assessment Tool (TKAT) was developed to help address this need. Systems Simulations was honored with a Bronze Award for Best Advance in Talent Acquisition Process in the 2022 Brandon Hall Group HCM Excellence Awards.
