Targeted Communications Added to Unboxed Technology’s LMS Spoke® (Tech Review)

Unboxed Technology set out to bridge the gap between training and communication by creating Spoke News to announce new training content, company updates and upcoming training events. Leaders and software engineers behind Spoke® LMS realized that postings via busy intranets or crowded inboxes didn’t do enough to improve training completions. So they designed Spoke News with personalized, targeted information for users and rich text, images and video to engage them. Users can sort posts by date, category, tags and “most helpful.” Spoke News integrates with seamlessly with the LMS. This innovation earned Unboxed Technology a Bronze Award in Learning Management Technology in the 2017 Brandon Hall Group Excellence in Technology Awards.
