TCS’s Global Learning Week was a unique and innovative extended organization-wide learning initiative with the objective of creating a culture of continuous learning and fostering a spirit of learning and sharing through group learning. TCS is a learning organization with 21,298 courses available for 394,990-plus employees spread across 46 countries and GLW was conceived to build a culture of continuous learning through its unique design and implementation. TCS won a Bronze Award for Best Unique or Innovative Learning and Development Program in the 2018 Brandon Hall Group HCM Excellence Awards.
