Team Development: Fixing the Disconnect Between Importance and Effectiveness (Research Summary)

Most organizations say they have a team mindset and operate in a team-driven environment, according to Brandon Hall Group’s 2020 Team Development research. However, there is a significant disconnect between the prevalence of teams and employers’ willingness or ability to invest in dedicated curriculum and other opportunities to optimize team performance. 79% of organizations surveyed admitted they are not investing enough time and budget for team development.
