Tech Mahindra’s Candidate Engagement Task Force (CETF) is a specially appointed task force that serves as a bridge between the yet-to-join candidates and the organization. The task force is appointed to build a relationship between the candidate and the organization.
In their dedicated effort, CETF advocate TechM and its function while elaborately working on the candidate’s query resolution for them to make an informed decision. This allows the them to enhance the candidate experience and contribute to the brand image in the talent market.
The CETF works like a one-stop shop for providing all clarifications to the yet-to-join candidates to have a smooth and pleasant relationship with all other functions in TechM at every stage of a candidate’s journey post-offer release.
