Tofas’ Behavioral Development Counseling Program was designed to provide fully customized development guidance for lasting behavioral change in its critical workforce by coaching & mentoring. Moreover, it was derived from the company’s “Valued Employees Creating Value” strategy. Employee engagement survey results showed that the engagement score of the units whose managers participated in the Behavioral Development Counseling program was increased. Tofas won a Bronze Award for Best Advance in Coaching and Mentoring in the 2018 Brandon Hall Group HCM Excellence Awards.
