TTEC’s Professional Development Program Turns Around Negative Culture (2018 Case Study)

TTEC’s needed a professional development program after receiving discouraging comments on an employee engagement survey. Through Litmos, TTEC was able to build a leadership program that structures employees’ career development plans through gamified learning and it ultimately increased employee satisfaction scores and engagement at the company. TTEC won a Silver Award for Best Unique or Innovative Learning and Development Program in the 2018 Brandon Hall Group HCM Excellence Awards.
