U.S. Army policies and regulations have been provided in print until recently, making critical information difficult to find when needed. The Army’s Interactive Digital Publications program is converting these manuals into digital, mobile content using this technology in the form of ePubs and E2 Books. This innovation earned the United States Army Mobile Learning Division and C2 Technologies a Gold Award for Best Advance in Mobile Learning Technology in the 2017 Brandon Hall Group Technology Awards.
