UNOPS ‘Journey-Based Experience’ Allows Time For Reflection, Application, Behavioral Change (2019 Case Study)

The United Nations Office for Project Services (UNOPS), with the help of Docebo, developed a ‘journey-based experience” approach toward its learning programs. A journey-based experience program at UNOPS lasts several months, allowing time for reflection, application and behavioral change. The different learning components are introduced gradually, using the most effective method for each type of learning need. The United Nations Office for Project Services (UNOPS) and Docebo earned a Gold Award for Best Use of a Blended Learning Program in the 2019 Brandon Hall Group HCM Excellence Awards.
