Unum partnered with The Training Associates to design and implement its new Leadership Academy. This program is able to equip managers at any stage of professional development with the skills to effectively lead their teams and is standardized organization-wide. The Leadership Academy instills management skills with an overarching goal of creating leaders that facilitate collaboration and drive cultural change. Unum won a Silver Award for Best Advance in Leadership Development in the 2018 Brandon Hall Group HCM Excellence Awards.
