Wates Group’s “Safer Together — Lead the Change” is part of a five-year strategy to reach a sustainable zero-harm working environment by 2020, which requires a fundamental shift in the culture, attitudes and behaviors. Wates Group launched a leadership program called “We’re Safer Together — Lead the Change!” at the end of 2016 to empower and equip their leaders to own and lead the change in culture across the business. Wates Group won a Gold Award Best Learning Program Supporting a Change Transformation Business Strategy in the 2018 Brandon Hall Group HCM Excellence Awards
