The Caliper Analytics platform enabled WorkWave to leverage personality data to develop new and existing employees, help managers have difficult conversations and fill roles in a rapidly expanding organization. WorkWave won a Bronze Award for Best Advance in Talent Management Technology Implementation in the 2018 Brandon Hall Group HCM Excellence Awards.
