Following a series of acquisitions, the company needed to create a common mindset for all employees from Day 1 — with the help of the new onboarding program. This is a global multi-component experience, combining digital and in-person elements, complemented by local and business line features and activities. The elements of the program were launched in waves, and the activation was accompanied by training and communication to hiring managers and HR specialists.
