Xilinx Learners Drive Their Own Learning

Software developer Xilinx learned from an engagement survey that employees wanted to become better at their jobs but wanted options on what, when, and how they learned. In response, Xilinx developed an easy-to-access, on-demand menu of learning options that enable employees to engage in activities that best suit individual needs. The Learnx strategy defines a continuous learning culture where learners can be inspired, inspire others, and engage in shared learning and collaboration. The program earned a Bronze Award for Best Unique or Innovative Learning and Development Program in the 2017 Brandon Hall Group HCM Excellence Awards.
