Zebra's Training Prepares End-Users For Complex Change

Given the scale of Zebra’s acquisition of the enterprise business from Motorola, Zebra leaders understood that integrating global processes, systems, tools, and cultures would require a dedicated training team. The learning team focused on a single goal; ensure end-users would be ready for the transformation on May 1, 2017. The team, in collaboration with Accenture, cross-functional Zebra teams, stakeholders, and SMEs, created live and virtual ILT, self-guided eLearning, job aids, user guides, and hands-on simulations to train employees and contractors on time and within budget. Zebra Technologies earned a Silver Award for Best Learning Program Supporting a Transformation Business Strategy in the 2017 Brandon Hall Group HCM Excellence Awards.
