‘Zooming into Learning’ Campaign Provides Learning Where, When, How Needed at Royal Dutch Shell (2019 Case Study)
Royal Dutch Shell created a campaign for approximately 500 global employees in Organization Development & Learning (OD&L) to “zoom into the world of Learning” for an end-to-end understanding of how Shell provides the right learning to the right learners, where, when and how they need it. Designed to improve productivity and performance of the OD&L team after an organizational restructure, the campaign ran over 10 weeks with 10 topics, providing bite-size internal and external resources for the community to build a personal learning experience for self-paced consumption and workplace application, resulting in positive business impact. Royal Dutch Shell earned a Silver Award for Best Team Development Program in the 2019 Brandon Hall Group HCM Excellence Awards.
