Tool to Use: Analyzing Your Organization's Employee Experience

Employee experience is like organizational culture in that it can be difficult to see the end result from all of the individual components. Brandon Hall Group, based on its most recent research, has developed a tool that lists attributes of a strong employee experience and barriers that can stand in the way of a great employee experience. Based on research responses related to the impact of each attribute, we have awarded “positive points” based on the attributes your organization has, and “negative points” based on barriers that still exist. While not scientific, the tool can shed some light on the pros and cons of your employee experience infrastructure so you can see where you stand and can prioritize steps you want to take to get to the next level.
