Ally Creates Academy to Train Dealers to Sell its Services (2017 Case Study)

Ally, a nationwide auto-finance company, created its own academy to provide training options for its 17,000 dealers across all vehicle brands. The Ally Academy offers courses in five areas of dealer competencies, including compliance, sales, management, leadership, and Ally products, and in a variety of delivery methods, including eLearning, ILT, virtual ILT, and blended learning. Such training is a tool to initiate and/or enhance Ally’s relationships with dealers, driving sales volume and revenue for both the dealers and Ally. The initiative earned Ally a Bronze Award for Best Customer Training Program in the 2017 Brandon Hall Group HCM Excellence Awards.
