Baystate Celebrates! uses the Globoforce platform to facilitate peer to peer, manager to employee or peer, and staff to manager. Baystate Health earned a Bronze Award for Best Advance in Employee Recognition Program in the 2017 Brandon Hall Group HCM Excellence Awards.
