Arch Insurance transformed its diversity and inclusion approach by implementing a voluntary learning program that created 1,017 DEI champions across the organization. The initiative included live virtual training sessions, a mobile learning app, and inclusive leadership development, resulting in 5,546 daily tips viewed and 1,161 content badges earned.
The program emphasized a “Head Heart Hands” engagement model and leveraged executive participation, charitable giving, and public recognition to drive participation. The voluntary approach achieved 53% employee participation and strengthened Arch’s culture during 80% workforce growth.
