Boston Scientific’s Manager Experience: Cultivating Future-Ready Leaders (2024 Case Study)
Boston Scientific’s Advanced Manager Experience (AME) program transforms senior managers into future-ready leaders through an innovative 8-month blended learning journey with the help of BTS. The comprehensive program combines personalized 360-degree assessments, one-on-one coaching, custom leadership simulations, and business acumen development.
Featuring virtual workshops, hands-on learning experiences, and real-world application through “Go-Do” actions, AME achieved a 97% completion rate across 348 participants. The program demonstrated significant impact with 94% of participants reporting increased strategic thinking abilities and 93% becoming more inclusive leaders. Supporting Boston Scientific’s diversity goals, 47% of graduates were women. Through continuous improvement and strong participant satisfaction (NPS score of 73.7), AME has expanded to seven cohorts in 2024, preparing leaders across five continents.
