Bridging Generations: How Landmark Group Kuwait’s R.E.D Program Elevated Retail LD (Case Study)

Landmark Group Kuwait implemented the R.E.D (Respect.Equity.Diversity) program to bridge the generational gap between Baby Boomer store managers and Millennial/Gen Z associates. The comprehensive initiative included e-learning modules, in-person workshops, DEI activities, and motivational leadership content. The program successfully improved workplace dynamics, increasing positive employee feedback from 287 to 871 responses while reducing negative feedback from 2% to 1%. The initiative aligned with Landmark Group’s commitment to diversity, achieving 40% female workforce representation and fostering an inclusive culture across their 2,200+ retail locations. Through systematic implementation of generational sensitivity training, workplace activities, and continuous feedback mechanisms, R.E.D demonstrated measurable impact on employee satisfaction and management effectiveness.
