The comprehensive initiative, designed in partnership with Bendelta, delivered measurable improvements across all leadership competencies and achieved significant gains in employee engagement. The program combined virtual and face-to-face learning experiences, featuring modules on commercial thinking, safety leadership, inclusive practices, and team performance.
Results showed higher engagement scores among participants (70% vs. 63% control group), improved leadership behaviors across 11 competencies, and a 26% internal promotion rate.
