The program included specialized tracks for different leadership levels, innovative learning approaches like equine-assisted leadership training, and achieved remarkable completion rates of 84-100% across various programs. The initiative drove significant business impact, including expansion to eight locations in India, introduction of 14 new service lines, and improved diversity metrics with 47% female representation.
