Through psychometric assessments, interactive workshops, and structured learning journeys, the program achieved an 87% completion rate with participants showing 16% average improvement in knowledge scores. The initiative earned high stakeholder satisfaction with a 4.7/5 rating and demonstrated significant impact in team management capabilities, with 47% of managers reporting marked improvement in their teams’ performance. Notably, the program successfully integrated new-age skills with traditional sales approaches while maintaining strong contextual relevance to Geojit’s business landscape.
