HCLTech revolutionized workplace inclusion through their comprehensive “Fostering Inclusion” program, focusing on allyship and cultural intelligence across their 227,481-strong workforce spanning 60 countries. The program combines neuroscience-based learning through their Inclusion Lab, scalable microlearning modules, and communities of practice to combat unconscious bias. Key initiatives include the “Allies for the Multicultural World” training, INCLUDE methodology based on the SCARF model, and the Globe Smart Profile (GPS) assessment tool. The program resulted in improved employee engagement scores, with inclusion parameters rising from 3.92 in 2021 to 4.03 in 2023.
