HSBC Elevates 4,700 Frontline Leaders Through Future Fit Program (Case Study)
HSBC Global Service Centres implemented the Future Fit People Manager (FFPM) program to transform 4,700 frontline leaders across seven countries. The comprehensive development program spans 38 hours of learning, covering 44 skill sets across operations, people leadership, commercial acumen, transformation, and risk management. Through a hybrid learning approach combining leadership huddles, SME sessions, self-paced modules, and social learning, the program achieved a 90% graduation rate with 231 leaders certified. The initiative resulted in 93% retention rate and 16% career progression among participants, while earning high satisfaction scores with 98% of learners recommending it to peers.
