HSBC’s Generative Future Fit program transformed employee upskilling across 8 countries, delivering $11.6M in business impact through innovative learning initiatives. The comprehensive program utilized a 3i framework (Imbibe, Involve, Inspire) to develop critical future skills including data literacy, sustainability, and design thinking. Through masterclasses, Design Studio projects, and personalized learning pathways, the program achieved 692,784 learning hours and accredited over 193,000 employees. The initiative’s success was marked by a 99.5% Net Promoter Score, 95% local engagement, and significant cost savings through 51 live business projects.
