KFH Leadership Academy Cultivates Banking Excellence Across Borders (Case Study)
Kuwait Finance House (KFH) implemented a comprehensive Leadership Development Program across multiple countries, transforming high-potential employees into future leaders during a crucial merger period. The program, partnering with Headspring and IE Business School, featured three intensive modules focusing on self-leadership, team management, and business strategy. With 50 participants from diverse backgrounds, including 27 in Building Leadership Excellence and 23 in Enterprise Leadership programs, KFH achieved significant improvements in leadership competencies and performance metrics. The program’s innovative approach combined Islamic values with modern leadership principles, featuring transformational challenges, individual projects, and culminated in a graduation ceremony at IE Business School in Madrid.
