KPMG and Ivey Business School Join Forces to Create Entrepreneurs (2024 Case Study)
KPMG Private Enterprise and The Ivey Academy collaborated to create QuantumShift, a transformative leadership development program for entrepreneurs at the expansion stage of their businesses.
The program’s comprehensive measurement framework tracked impact across immediate, mid-term, and long-term horizons, demonstrating remarkable results: 92.16% of alumni reported increased leadership confidence, 62.74% saw revenue increases, and the program achieved a perfect Net Promoter Score of 100. Through a five-day immersive curriculum combining case studies, networking, and peer learning, QuantumShift has built a 20-year legacy of entrepreneurial success, with 80.39% of alumni expanding their networks and 73.47% finding solutions to specific business challenges.
