Lenovo Supercharges Global Channel Sales: Training Program Drives Revenue Growth (Case Study)
Lenovo transformed its channel partner training through the LEAP (Lenovo Expert Achievers Program) initiative, which drove remarkable revenue growth and partner engagement across 100+ countries. The program combined comprehensive e-learning modules, certifications, and rewards to educate partners on Lenovo’s full portfolio of solutions. LEAP participants generated 16X more revenue than non-participants, with those engaging in learning activities producing even higher results. The program saw massive uptake with 23,164 enrolled participants completing over 68,000 courses, particularly excelling in the EMEA region. Strategic partnerships with Microsoft, Intel and AMD further enhanced the program’s value proposition.
