Mercer implemented a comprehensive employee engagement program through their Engagement Council that led to remarkable results, including a 20-point drop in attrition from 35% to 15%. The initiative encompassed multiple strategies including awards programs, milestone celebrations, Business Resource Groups (BRGs), hybrid work frameworks, and learning & development focus with a 24-hour learning target.
