The Money Management Institute (MMI) developed an innovative 12-month Executive IQ leadership program in partnership with UVA Darden to address critical leadership gaps in the Asset and Wealth Management industry. The program combines academic rigor with practical industry application through a unique “LEAP” framework – Lead, Engage, Advance, and Pioneer. Featuring hybrid learning formats, executive coaching, small group “Pods,” and real-world innovation projects, Executive IQ achieved remarkable results with 95% of participants applying learnings at work and 46% earning promotions during the program. The initiative demonstrated strong ROI through increased industry engagement, cross-firm collaboration, and leadership pipeline development.
