NEQSOL Holding Propels Next-Generation Leaders Through Innovative L.E.A.P (Case Study)
NEQSOL Holding launched an innovative leadership development program called L.E.A.P. (Leadership Excellence and Acceleration Program) to cultivate next-generation leaders across their diverse business portfolio. The program combines personalized development paths with a comprehensive curriculum developed in partnership with Bocconi Business School, featuring mentoring, coaching, cross-functional projects, and rotation opportunities. The initiative achieved significant results with 48 participants completing the program, 15 promotions within the first year, and an 88.5% satisfaction rate. Through L.E.A.P., NEQSOL Holding strengthened their succession pipeline while fostering innovation and cross-functional collaboration.
