With troubling diversity numbers in high tech, Pitney Bowes Software India has tried to differentiate itself through diversity and inclusion efforts. It developed a women leaders program to equip them for complex, ever-changing responsibilities in people management, stakeholder management, and business management. Hi-potentials are selected by senior leaders for the “Aspire to Inspire” program, a six-month journey with customized, blended content, action projects, bite-sized eLearning, and simulations. This program earned Pitney Bowes, in partnership with KNOLSKAPE, a Gold Award for Best Advance in Women in Leadership Development in the 2017 Brandon Hall Group HCM Excellence Awards.
